Research & Conclusions
The first step is always to take a look at who you are, what you are, where you are, and why you’re there. We do our due diligence and research. We perform a marketing audit, which assesses what you’ve done in the past, what the results were and what you’re doing now. Your marketing audit is a key part of setting benchmarks against which we can later set goals and measure results. We will do a lot of listening and asking questions about your business in this phase. Market research, competitive analysis, and customer and employee interviews are performed. During this phase we are also continuously meeting to talk about what we’re learning to see if new tangents come up that we need to explore. Ultimately we draw our conclusions and identify your unique brand proposition, target audience, business and market advantages, inhibitors and opportunities.
